At Glory Consulting & Education, we are proud to be delivering the Skills for Londoners Community Outreach Programme 2025–26, funded by the Mayor of London. This vital project is designed to support Londoners who face barriers to learning and work; offering guidance, encouragement and practical routes into funded adult education and employability programmes.
Following the success of our 2024–25 delivery, which exceeded all original targets, our 2025–26 project continues to empower residents across Islington, Hackney, Tower Hamlets and neighbouring boroughs.
The Community Outreach Programme is part of the Mayor of London’s Skills for Londoners mission to improve access to lifelong learning. It funds local organisations like ours to engage people who are:
Not in employment, education or training (NEET)
Digitally excluded or lacking in English and maths
Newly arrived in the UK or navigating complex life transitions
Lacking confidence or unsure where to begin their learning journey
Our team delivers trusted, personalised guidance through outreach, one-to-one support, and partnerships. We help participants:
Understand their learning options
Identify strengths and overcome personal barriers
Access free, funded training courses in ESOL, maths, digital skills, and vocational pathways
Connect with local providers, jobcentres, and progression opportunities
Take steps towards employment, independence, and long-term wellbeing
Trust: Our multilingual team reflects the communities we serve
Speed: We respond to referrals quickly, with appointments offered within days
Personalisation: We don’t just signpost—we walk with people through the process
Partnership: We track outcomes, build feedback loops, and maintain active collaboration with our providers
Progression: Many participants go on to complete courses, apply for jobs, or enter further learning
